Cesur ÖZTÜRK[1] Daha önce Kamu Personeli Yabancı Dil Bilgisi Seviye Tespit Sınavına (KPDS) İngilizce alanından girmek isteyenlere yönelik olarak birkaç kitap üzerine kişisel görüşlerimi belirtmiş, ancak bu kitapları yetersiz bulduğumu da vurgulamıştım. Elektronik posta adresime gelen iletiler ve sorular nedeniyle referans olarak kullanılabilecek bir iki kaynağı, 06 Nisan 2014 tarihinde yapılacak sınav öncesi buraya taşımanın faydalı olacağını düşündüm.
